About these terms
Blue Peak Digital LLC (“Blue Peak,” “we,” or “us”) operates this website and provides the Local Trust Score, Local Trust Fix Kit, Private Fit Check and 48-Hour Lead Leak Audit. These terms describe the use of those website resources. Questions can be sent to saul@bluepeaknc.com.
Using the website and resources
Use the website and forms honestly and lawfully. Provide information you are authorized to share, and do not impersonate another person or business. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, send malicious files, or use the forms for spam. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification, health information or private customer records.
The Local Trust Score and Fix Kit
The Local Trust Score is a self-assessment based on your answers. Its results identify possible trust and contact friction; they are not a verified inspection of your business or a calculation of lost revenue. The Fix Kit provides general practical guidance. Neither resource guarantees rankings, calls, booked jobs, revenue or any other business result. Check that a suggested action is appropriate for your business and obtain any needed permissions before making changes.
Private Fit Check and Audit acceptance
The Private Fit Check is an application for manual review. Submitting it does not reserve an Audit, confirm acceptance, or book a meeting. Blue Peak reviews business fit, observable opportunities and available capacity before accepting manual Audit work. We may suggest a prerequisite, defer the request or explain that the standard service is not a fit.
What “48-Hour Lead Leak Audit” means
For an accepted Audit, delivery is within two business days after fit acceptance and a booked twenty-minute walkthrough. The confirmation states the exact due time; the name does not mean a weekend-inclusive forty-eight-hour deadline. The Audit includes up to three material, evidence-supported observations. It does not guarantee that three problems will be found or promise a particular financial result. The finished report is delivered by the confirmed deadline even if the walkthrough occurs later.
Paid services require a separate agreement
Using this website, completing a form or receiving a free resource does not enroll you in a paid service. Paid Local Trust Engine work requires a separate signed agreement defining scope, fees, responsibilities, term, ownership and customer protections. These website terms do not replace that agreement or reduce its protections.
Content and permitted use
You may download and use the Fix Kit and other resources offered for download to evaluate and improve your own business, including sharing them with your team or advisers for that purpose. Keep any attribution intact. Please obtain written permission before reselling our resources, republishing them as your own or using Blue Peak branding in a way that suggests an endorsement. Third-party content remains subject to its owner’s rights.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy describes how Blue Peak handles prospect information. The assessments are hosted by ScoreApp and the Fix Kit opens in Google Drive. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. External websites and platforms control their own availability and content.
Accuracy, availability and updates
We work to keep the website accurate and useful. Information and third-party services can change, and errors or interruptions can occur. Contact us if you notice a problem. Check the current version of a resource before relying on it. Any accepted Audit delivery commitment or signed client agreement remains governed by its stated terms.
